is open to all Arizona residents who have graduated 8th grade and are under the age of 22 years old.

Enrollment involves just a few simple steps:

1. Schedule a Precision High School interview with parent if under 18 years of age.
2. Complete enrollment application (available online or in office).
3. Bring in following documents for registration.
   1. Birth Certificate
   2. Inmunization Records
   3. Transcripts if you have earned High School Credits
   4. Eigth Grade Certificate
   5. Special ED records if applicable (IEP)
   6. Withdrawn form last High School attended
   7. Discipline Record
   8. AIMS Tests Results
   9. Proof of Guardian, if living with someone other than parent: Notarized letter from parent assigning custody and or power of attorney.

All documents MUST be turned in prior to registration NO EXCEPTIONS!

Inscribirse toma solo unos pasos:

1. Haz una cita. Precision High School entrevista a los padres o tutores si el estudiante es menor de 18 años.
2. Llenar las solicitudes de inscripción (Disponible en línea o en Campus).
3. Traer los siguientes documentos para registrarse.
1. Acta de Nacimiento Original
2. Cartilla de Vacunación
3. Boleta de calificaciones de escuelas anteriores
4. Certificado de 8vo. Grado o Equivalente
5. Registros de Educación Especial si aplica (IEP)
6. Certificado de Baja de la última High School Asistida
7. Carta de Disciplina
8. Resultados del Examen Estatal (AIMS)
9. Comprobante de tutela si el estudiante no esta viviendo con sus padres: Carta notariada o carta poder asignando la custodia

Todos los documentos DEBEN ser entregados antes de registrarse NO SE ACEPTAN EXCEPCIONES!
